Document Specialist / Document Management Specialist

Location: Vorsino Industrial Park, Kaluga Region, Russia

About the vacancy:
We are looking for an attentive and responsible Assistant Manager to support a large construction project in the pharmaceutical industry, located in the Vorsino Industrial Park, about 1.5 hours from Moscow. The role includes managing the workflow of the project at all stages of its implementation.

Duties:

• Maintenance and systematization of all project documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
• Ensuring timely distribution of documents to stakeholders.
• Track versions, approvals, and changes to documents.
• Support project teams in formatting, archiving, and searching documents.
• Liaising with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Preparation of reports and maintenance of document flow logs.

Requirements:

• Готовность ежедневно ездить в Индустриальный парк Ворсино
• Experience in working with documentation on industrial or construction projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of document management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Russian and English is required.
• Attentiveness, confidentiality and accuracy are a must.
