Responsibilities:

-Production Management for Russia Plant

- Monitoring and analysis of productivity KPI performance (OEE, damage rate, yield and etc)

- Production process improvement, optimization, cost reduction, and machine maintenance

- Daily production plan management, equipment operation personnel assignment

- Reporting and documentation of the process management described above

- Monitoring production processes and manufacturing costs to ensure efficiency and productivity goals are consistently met or exceeded

Requirements:

• Experience in the production of tobacco products for 5 years or more.
• Knowledge of the principles of managing production processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes.
• Ability to achieve the company's goals by managing and controlling the workflow process in accordance with legal regulations.
• Intermediate High level of English.
